 Barbecue Grill Guidelines

 

Dear Residents,

 

To ensure the safety of all please be reminded of the barbecue grill guidelines from our bylaws. Section 14.10 states no cooking shall be permitted, nor shall any goods or beverages be consumed on or within the Common Areas except in areas designated for those purposes by Association. The Association shall have the right to prohibit, regulate or restrict the use of grills or barbecue facilities throughout Centra Falls West.

                                                                                                                                          

  • No cooking shall be permitted on or within the Common areas. This includes the pool areas, walkways & roadways.
  • The use of a grill is limited to the homeowner’s property. The area must not have an enclosure or overhang. No grilling can be done inside of a home, garage or patio.
  • Barbecue grills, while not in use, are to be stored in the garage and away from plain view.
