NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Centra Falls West 2024 Budget Workshop will be held on:

• CFW HOA and Juda Eskew and Associates, Inc, will hold the annual Budget Workshop. 
• Budget line items will be discussed and reviewed in preparation of the 2024 budget.

Guests: William Deere, Commercial Insurance Advisor from Brown & Brown Inc. 

PLEASE NOTE: A workshop is not a budget meeting and is intended for informational purposes only to the owners. Everyone will remain muted as there will be no Q&A from the owners at the workshop. Homeowners will be given an opportunity to speak at the Budget Meeting that will be held at a later date.
