Dear CFW Homeowners & Residents,
Spring break is officially here! As we spend time with family and friends let's remember to be respectful and kind to each other.
Please remember that there is no parking at/near our emergency gates. Signs are posted to indicate where you are allowed to park. The CFW Parking Policy is attached to this email for your review.
At the pool, remember the code for the bathroom is 2891, feel free to share with your family and guests. To prevent any delays in the use of our pool:
- Immediately clean up any bowel movements your child may have in the pool/spa
- No soap/bubbles are allowed in our pool/spa
If any of these occur, immediately contact management/board by sending an email to cfwhoa@gmail.com.
These incidents can potentially cause us to close the pool and result in thousands of dollars of maintenance cost. We will be monitoring the pool area cameras closely.
