Notice of Adopted Annual Operating Budget

Dear Centra Falls West Homeowner,
The Adopted Annual Operating Budget for Centra Falls West Hoeowners Association, Inc. was approved on August 28, 2023. This budget is for the fiscal period August 1, 2023 - July 31, 2024.
There will be an hOA fee increase of $304.13 peer quarter bringing the total HOA fee to $1,378.00. The increase is largely due to a rise in our insurance premiums, reserve scheduled contributions, and vendor fees.
A partial payment of $304.13 will be due October 1, 2023. The new HOA fee of $1,378 is effective and due November 1, 2023.
