Dear CFW Homeowners,
As discussed during our January 2024 board meeting, we had 19 leaks in the lower step of the pool and leaks around the drain have been temporarily fixed. The details of the report have been posted to our website for your review: https://www.cfwhoa.com/hc/en-us/articles/22447569771163-CFW-Pool-Leak . The accumulated water bill totaled $3711.49. We should see our bill back to its regular rate by March. To recoup some of the funds, we will apply for a credit from Pembroke Pines Utilities.
As recommended by Florida Leak Locators, we will need a permanent fix to prevent additional leaks. We were provided a quote from Guardian Pools but are waiting for two other quotes before moving forward with the project. We will provide an update after our review and selection process.
Our community does not have a property manager on site. We ask that if you see something, please report it via the website or via email for timely resolution.
