How and where to make your Association payments?
There are now multiple options for making your quarterly payments. This information will also be available through the website, and on the Buildium portal. You will be able to select the option that best works for you;
a) If paying by coupon, please send your quarterly payment with the coupon to the address below:

New coupons have been ordered and will be sent to you for the November 1st and February 1st dues. Please discard the coupon books received from Associa, as that lockbox is no longer available.
b) Paying through the Buildium online portal:
Buildium is the property management software we use and allows owners the ease of accessing their ledgers in real time 24/7. It also allows owners the option to make payments using a checking account or credit card (fees apply). Payments can be made one time or set up on autopay. This option will require you to have an email on file to register. This option is convenient, and easy to use. For assistance with registration and setup please send an email to AR@loyaltymgmtgroup.com.
c) If paying by check through your Banks Online Bill Pay please send your quarterly payment to the address below:

Checks should be made payable to: Centra Falls West HOA. Please ensure each payment has the property address in the memo line on the face of the check to aid in a timely and precise deposit. The unit number or numbers should be referenced on all payments. It is imperative that if you currently pay through online bill pay with your bank, you need to change the remit to address for the payee to the P.O. Box listed above.
As a friendly reminder your next quarterly maintenance fee is due November 1, 2024.
