Contractor Guidelines
Effective immediately, the following guidelines will be enforced in the community.
- In accordance with the CFW Bylaws - no exterior alterations can be made without prior authorization. All owners must provide a completed Architectural Change Request Form to management including the scope of work for a project and other details as necessary, license and insurance information for all contractors and subcontractors on the project, permit application (if applicable), notice of commencement (if applicable), and the start date for all renovations. No work may commence until all forms and supporting documents have been submitted and an approval is issued by the Board in writing.
- All contractors are to adhere to all city ordinances and permitting requirements.
- All costs associated with repairing any damage, including chemical spills caused or resulting from a homeowner, their parties, and specifically contractors or employees, are the complete responsibility of the renovating homeowner.
- Any work to a home, other than emergency repairs, may only be done Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday through Sunday, 10am to 6pm.
- Any and all debris created by work must be removed and the work site cleared at the end of the day. A dumpster will be allowed on the home’s driveway for a total of 10 calendar days.
- Contractors are not allowed to have equipment that may block common areas, roadways, alleys, or sidewalks.
- CFW Parking Policy – Contractors must refrain from parking vehicles that may block roadways, alleys, sidewalks.
